30 Day Return for Refund Policy

If you have purchased a product from SALONTECH.COM and for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your purchase within 30 days of receipt by you of the product.

How to Return:
      1. Contact the SalonTech Customer Service Department at 1-877-278-9030 or via email at salontech@kissusa.com.
      2. You must include in the package a copy of your original receipt that came with the order.
      3. If possible, re-use your original shipping box and packing materials to secure the item(s).
      4. Address your package to:

      5. We recommend shipping your package through a traceable shipping method such as FedEx or UPS which both offer Delivery Confirmation.

We will email you within 5 business days of receiving your package to confirm your return. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued within 1 billing cycle.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders that are:
      1. Received later than 30 days from purchase
      2. Purchased from any other location, vendor, or website other than SalonTech.com

Warranty Replacement Policy

If you experience problems with an item, and your product is still under warranty, complete our Warranty Replacement Form using the instructions below. Please refer to the owner’s manual for warranty information regarding the item that you’ve purchased. Please note that we do charge a small fee to cover the replacement of your item. This fee also includes shipment of the new item back to you.

Please note: Warranty periods are calculated from your original date of purchase; receiving a replacement item does not extend your warranty period. The Warranty Period varies based on the items you purchased. Please refer to the owner’s manual for the length of the Warranty Period. Warranty only covers manufacturers defect, and does not cover damages due to misuse or neglect.

If we no longer carry the item you'd like to replace, our Customer Service Team will be happy to help you find a comparable alternative.

The warranty only covers manufacturer’s defect, and does not cover damages due to misuse or negligence by the user. Salontech or its affiliates will only accept defective returns of products purchased from authorized Salontech® distributors. Products purchased from third party vendors such as Amazon or Ebay are not warrantied, and will not be covered for any manufacturer's defects. The warranty period is valid for one (1) year from the purchase date of the receipt.”

      2. Complete the Warranty Replacement form COMPLETELY.
      3. Don't forget to fill out payment information and sign the form!
      4. Send your warranty item, completed Warranty Replacement Form, proof of purchase and payment for shipping and handling fee to:

Our Warranty Replacement fee covers shipping and handling for your replacement item. Canadian and other international customers may be subject to additional duties and taxes according to the laws of your country.

  • We recommend shipping your package through a traceable shipping method such as FedEx or UPS which both offer Delivery Confirmation.
  • A valid copy of your Proof of Purchase must be included with the shipment of the unit to SalonTech.
  • We will email you within 3 business days of receiving your package to confirm your warranty replacement. We will email you again after we process your request to let you know when your replacement item ships.

Damaged Shipment

If your shipment from SalonTech.com is damaged in transit, please keep the original shipping carton and follow these instructions to replace your order.

  • E-mail salontech@salontech.com and let them know what happened; don't forget to include your order number and contact information.
  • Within 24 hours of receipt, please call your shipping carrier to obtain a Damage Inspection report. For further instructions, review the information from UPS, FedEx or USPS.
  • Request that your shipping carrier return the order to SalonTech at the address listed on the package. Please do NOT return the order yourself. This may delay your transaction.
